Marketing communications
We may send you market updates, property alerts, and information about our services where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional communications (e.g. updates on your active sale).
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete.
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
- Complain to us about how we have handled your information, and escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.

Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud hosting, and access controls on our internal systems. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take our obligations seriously.
Data retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Real estate transaction records are typically retained for seven years under tax and AML legislation. Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Children's data
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
